Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Unused packs: you can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if no correction from the pack has been used.
• Partly used packs: no refund for corrections already used; unused corrections may be refunded pro rata on request within 7 days of purchase.
• Failed or duplicate payments: if you were charged but did not receive credits, or were charged twice, we refund the extra amount in full.
• Correction not delivered: if a correction is not published within 7 days of submission, the credit is refunded on request.

To request a refund, email teachers@learnfrenchenligne.com with your registered email and Razorpay payment ID. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
